In November 2020, the Enterprise Holdings Foundation pledged $55 million over five years to organizations that advance social and racial equity in communities where the company operates. Donations made under the Enterprise Holdings ROAD Forward initiative encompass three racial equity gaps that need urgent attention:

 

Additionally, Enterprise Holdings ROAD Forward is investing $35 million to Enterprise’s 70+ global operating teams over five years, empowering employees to identify the most pressing issues in their communities related to the program’s three focus areas and support the local organizations best equipped to address them. In many cases, this funding will strengthen and expand local efforts already underway in the form of employee volunteerism, in-kind donations and the like.

Partners in STEM

The 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C. is pleased to announce their selection as one of three local organizations Microsoft has graciously chosen to support. The 100 received a $75,000 investment for programming. 

“With this considerable contribution and partnership from Microsoft, we will be able to expand the reach of our Saturday STEM academy to more community centers and classrooms across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, giving access to cutting edge technology to more students across the region.” – James Thompson
