On February 13, 2019, we lost a beautiful human being, Sidique Neal Hobbs-Taylor, to a health-related issue. All who know and love Sid know that he was passionate about empowering black youth to embrace their power and future. Sid’s incisive intellect and insights continue to improve the lives of all that he touched. During his time at Howard, Maret, and growing up in DC, Sid was ever more articulate about the challenging reality that we face, and the importance of financial and professional empowerment and identity in the pursuit of equity and equality. In honor of him, we hope to further his legacy by offering in memoriam donations to 100 Black Men, DC Chapter.
