On June 14th, 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C. won the 2019 Chapter of the Year Award. This recognition was due to the combined work of our members and our supporters. Collectively, we recognized the need for positive male role models in our community, and came together to address it.
“Real Men Giving Real Time”
The challenges for today’s youth have increased, and many don’t have adequate support to help guide them down the path to a successful life, and a successful professional career. At its core, 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C. is a mentoring organization. Through a variety of structured programs, we provide positive role models to young men and women, with the objective of supporting their intellectual, physical, mental, and economic growth and development.
