The Collegiate 100 program was formed to provide an avenue for the chapter to continue our one-on-one and group mentoring with students as they graduate from high school and move on to college.  Maintaining these relationships, and being a consistent and reliable presence supports our Mentoring The 100 Way Across a Lifetime initiative.

The Collegiate 100 adds value by serving as a core of service volunteers to help carry out the mission of 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C.  Members of the Collegiate 100 campus-based student organization assist the chapter, as appropriate, with programmatic initiatives that support the educational, social, and emotional needs of youth in our Saturday Leadership Academy, and other programs.  Collegiate 100 members also serve as positive role models that can relate to the issues and challenges that many of our mentees face.
