The Nissan Resume Challenge is an annual competition focused on teaching our mentees how to develop a high-quality professional resume, and preparing them to effectively communicate their knowledge, skills, and abilities with confidence and poise in an interview setting.

Participants first compete in a resume and interview challenge within our local 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C. chapter. The students with the strongest resume and interview skills are invited to attend the Nissan Resume Challenge and Summit, in Nashville, TN, at the Nissan’s expense.  The competition includes 60 mentees from 100 Black Men chapters from across the country, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Nashville, Jackson, MS, and Washington, D.C.
